Do I need a webshop?
No. You can connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, but our retail kiosks run just as well standalone on our own cloud e-commerce CMS. And if you do not have a webshop yet, we can also build one for you.
Which webshops does the kiosk connect with?

Does the kiosk work both staffed and unstaffed?
Yes. The kiosks are designed for both staffed and unstaffed environments, featuring robust hardware, integrated barcode scanners and card payment terminals.
Can the kiosk also work as a self-checkout?
Yes. Besides ordering, customers can scan their items and pay by card themselves on the kiosk, as a full self-checkout. This shortens the queue at the register and lets you stay open even when unstaffed.
Can customers order items that are out of stock?
Absolutely. Customers order the desired size or color directly from your webshop on the kiosk, with home delivery or in-store pickup. This allows you to close the sale where you would otherwise have to say no.
Do I manage my store, webshop and kiosk separately?
No, everything runs on a single system. If you use your own webshop (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), you manage your products, prices, and inventory directly there, and the kiosk synchronizes automatically. If you use our cloud e-commerce CMS, you manage everything centrally in one place for your kiosks, checkouts, and optionally the webshop we build for you.
